If you are looking for quality personal coaching for everything from tumbling, cheerleading, dance, colorguard, and more, you have come to the right place!
Even if you have taken private coaching before, it is important to note that every coach is different. Therefore, this section is focused on what can expect from me and my coaching sessions.
I maintain a positive attitude in all that I do. Even when I make mistakes. Negativity brings down the spirit and makes it harder to overcome challenges. I will use my positive energy to motivate you to succeed.
In order to understand what you need to advance your skills, I have to understand where you are. Consequently, I will evaluate your skills to identify your strengths and weaknesses. This will help me to determine a path forward for you to grow.
From head to toe; everything is important! This includes the inside. Are you arms straight? Are you toes pointed? Are you smiling? Are you breathing? Etc.
Complex skills are based on fundamentals. If the fundamentals are put together correctly, you can execute any skill. I will teach you the fundamentals that you can use as building blocks to advanced skills.
Once is just not enough! Our bodies and minds learn best through repetition. Although a standard private coaching session is short, there are some things that will just need to be repeated over and over in order for your body to do it correctly.
Expect to be challenged to try new things. You will be amazed at what you can do if just try.
Because coaching session are relatively short, my focus will NOT be on conditioning the body. However, I will provide recommended conditioning that you can do in your own time to help strengthen your body and improve your results.
I am interested in what you need. This coaching if for you. Do you want to get a specific skill by a certain date? What skills are you having a hard time executing? I will help you set goals to achieve and together we can get you there.
If you are not coming directly from another gym class, please arrive at least 5 minutes early to warm up your body. This will minimize the likelihood of injury and allow more time for focused attention on skill development.

Rome wasn’t built in a day and although you want to have your skills now, it may take some time to develop the strength,flexibility, and technique to execute the skills correctly.
Doing the hard work now will pay off in the end.
